    Garmin apparently does not understand the concept of Plug and Play. I bought a GPSMAP 60CSX over two months ago and have NEVER been able to connect to my either of my PCs. The maps that come with this device are useless, and if you want good maps, you’ll need to spend about $100. I bought the maps, but can’t connect the GPS to the PC!!

    Garmin’s technical support folks have only wasted my time. For the last month they have not even responded to my e-mails.

    What a waste of my time and money!!
